“We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, creating a very comfortable and relaxing stay. “Location- for visiting Patna Sahib this is around 3 km away and you can get there via a tuk tuk which is Good.
Hotel - when we arrive the staff were reluctant to give us the Superior Rooms we had booked and stated there couldn’t find the booking.
Rooms - rooms were not cleaned or prepared, no toilet rolls, no towels, no tea or coffee.
Staff - some were really helpful and others were not.
Food - was really good, we stayed 2 nights, 2nd evening the food we ordered was cold and it took several……

“I would NOT recommend this hotel, the staff is very friendly but looked under pressure to follow certain things rather than providing good customer service.
1. it is on exhibition road where you may get stuck in traffic at certain times so if you are trying to catch a flight, it is very in predictable.
2. My family living in patna in order to visit us was asked for their ID and also told that they cannot give outside food - later they had me sign a waiver form - you cannot even do swiggy or……
