Tolle Lage, App. - Ausstattung und Sauberkeit mäßig

Die Wohnung hat eine hervorragende Lage, um Gent zu erkunden: gleich "um's Eck" findet sich Burg Gravensteen, die Graffiti-Strasse, Belfried, St. Baaf Kathedrale etc. . Vom Trubel draußen ist im Appartement nichts zu hören. Es ist sehr ruhig und hell, mit kleinem Balkon Richtung Innenhof. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung war sehr gut, ebenso die Beschreibungen und der Check-in. Das Appartement ist leider schon etwas abgewohnt : beispielsweise war in der Dusche Schimmel, einen Griff innen hatte sie nicht mehr, und die Wandhaken waren nicht fest verankert, den Vorhängen fehlten teilweise Aufhängungen, Lampen funktionierten nicht usw. Dazu war die Wohnung sehr schlecht gereinigt, überall Staub, das Geschirr teilweise schmutzig im Schrank. Wir hatten für fünf Personen gebucht, fanden Bettzeug und Handtücher aber nur für Vier vor. Mit Bettlaken und Handtüchern, die wir in einem Bettkasten fanden, konnten wir uns behelfen.

Phantastische Lage

Schöne, große Wohnung mit großem Balkon mitten im Zentrum. Die Treppe zum Obergeschoss ist ziemlich steil. Toll war, dass es ein Welkome-Paket mit Kaffee, Tee, etc. gibt. Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass wir beim Checkout-Vorgang erst unsere Bewertung abgeben mussten, um die Infos zu erhalten. Außerdem fanden wir es sehr befremdlich, dass wir aufgefordert wurden, die Fragen jeweils mit 5 Sternen zu bewerten. Begründung: weil amerikanische Touristen ansonsten nicht buchen würden. Wenn man nur mit 5 Sternen bewerten kann, wozu gibt es dann überhaupt eine Bewertung? Dieses Procesere hat unseren Aufenthalt getrübt, obwohl die Wohnung und Lage ansonsten super sind.

Gand est une super ville, cet appartement est hyper bien placé. A noter toutefois que les deux chambres sont en enfilade et que l'entretien et le ménage ne sont pas exempts de petits défauts.
