Perfect location.

The apartment is just a few minutes walk from all the most important things to see. It's well equipped and clean, private and quiet. The host was responsive and helpful. It was such a good choice for us!

Great locale

Wonderful location! Bring mosquito spray if it is warm - the top floor gets super hot and the fan was broken when we were there. My husband and I got a ton of bites. Otherwise, the townhouse has everything you need for a nice stay.

Nice place but could need a better maintenance

We appreciated the contact with the owner, the location of the house, the neighborhood (great Spanish restaurant 200m away!), the proximity to public transport, the city center on foot. The renovation of the house was very well imagined and done. But several details suggest that the maintenance of the property is not at the same level. The kitchen clearly lacks preparation equipment for a family of 4 and the cleanliness could be improved. A pleasant stay overall.

Très belle location au calme

Nous venons de passer quelques jours à Gand . Le logement est très bien situé (environ 20 mn à pied du centre historique) dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. Une station de tramway est très proche. Le logement est très propre, spacieux, idéal pour une famille. Le seul petit problème est que le lave-vaisselle n'était pas en état de fonctionner mais le propriétaire a été informé et est conscient du problème. Nous relouerons avec plaisir cette location si nous revenons visiter cette très belle ville.

Heerlijk huisje in Gent

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit huisje in Gent! Het is zeer gezellig en praktisch ingericht. Het gaf ons een heel huiselijk gevoel. We waren er met onze 3 kinderen van 5, 7 en 9 jaar. De eethoek heeft een robuuste tafel en zitbanken en de keuken is goed voorzien van gerief. Alle kamers in het huis hebben een mooie houten vloer. Op de eerste verdieping is er een badkamer met toilet en een slaapkamer met twee stapelbedden. Heel tof voor de kinderen. Op de tweede verdieping is er een ruime slaapkamer met een dubbelbed. In elke slaapkamer was er een zithoekje. De ligging vonden we ook top! Het centrum van Gent is op wandelafstand te bereiken en het huisje is gelegen in een rustige, aangename buurt. We konden er heel makkelijk met het gezin op uit trekken en hadden in het huisje toch alle voorzieningen. Het contact met de eigenaar verliep vlot via mail en sms. We komen met heel veel plezier terug!!!

Typisches belgisches Reihenhaus nahe Zentrum

Gute Lage wenige Minuten vom Centrum, Tram direkt vom Bahnhof. Sehr gute Ausstattung, auch Besteck und Geschirr, Nespresso-Maschine und Spülmaschine. Da landestypisches kleines Haus, gibt es steile Treppen. Leider fehlen Nachttischlampen zum Lesen an jedem Bett.

Genieten in een mooi huis

We hebben genoten van een gezellig weekend in Gent. Het huis was mooi, gezellig ingericht, schoon. Enige minpunt is dat er een toilet zich in de kelder bevond waardoor wij met onze groep van vier vriendinnen alleen het toilet in het badkamer gebruikten. Het huis staat op 10 min loopafstand van de stad, echt perfect. Een aanrader!

Desolat schlechte Kommunikation mit Agentur und Vermieter, verspätete und unvollständige Mails

Infos über Haus im untersten Regal in der Küche versteckt. Klobrillenbefestigung gebrochen und wackelt.

Een aangenaam verblijf op een mooie locatie

Een fijne ruime woning met voldoende voorzieningen. Er bleken wat dingen kapot te zijn (ventilator en gordijn op zolder) waardoor de temperatuur op zolder niet goed te regelen was in deze hete zomer, dat was jammer. De eigenaar heeft beloofd het te repareren. De buurt was erg mooi en gezellig met zijn begijnenhof en mooie oude panden , er was zelfs een buurtfeest en een rommelmarkt toen we er waren.

Unser Familienurlaub in Gent

Das Haus liegt wirklich zentrumsnah in einer kleinen Anwohnerstraße (genügend Parkplätze sind um die Ecke vorhanden). Fussläufig sind verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu erreichen und man ist schnell mitten in der schönen Altstadt mit all seinen Attraktionen. Die Schlafzimmer sind schön und für Familien gut geeignet. Die offene Küche mit dem Essbereich bietet genug Platz für die ganze Familie. Das Badezimmer ist etwas klein geraten, aber für uns war es ausreichend. Was auf den Fotos nicht zu sehen ist: die Treppen in den ersten und zweiten Stock sind recht schmal und steil. Wohl typisch für ein Altstadthaus, aber gewöhnungsbedürftig. Für unsere Jungs war das jedoch kein Problem, die beiden sind schon am ersten Tag rauf und runtergeflitzt. Insgesamt haben wir unseren Urlaub in diesem Haus und besonders in Gent sehr genossen.
