"Very convenient location above the train station and the staff was very professional- in fact I forgot my wallet at the front desk and 3 minutes later the gentleman from the front desk showed up breathless to deliver it to my room!"

"All around lovely place! I didn’t use the pool because I had to reserve it so, I think it must’ve been small and that’s not what I envisioned, but it didn’t matter. I also could’ve used a robe as you definitely can’t bring your own with weight restrictions these days, but again, it didn’t matter…just a suggestion if they’re ever looking to improve. Overall, It was a well appointed place with helpful and kind staff and lots to do nearby. All around lovely!"
"Great location, walkable to Shibuya train station and very happening areas. The room itself is clean and on the 30th floor it was very quiet. Dining options in hotel are all a little pricey and slow, but a few convenience stores are walking distance outside if you just want to munch on something in your room. There is an airport shuttle but it is not free."

"Staffs were polite, respectful and helpful.
The entire facility was clean and I felt safe in the COVID era.
Location is excellent.
There is a post office just across the street and convenience stores within 1-2 minutes walk, and just a few minutes walk to Shinjuku station.
The breakfast was great.
The room was small and good for 1-2 day stay but not enough storage for longer stay.
Over all, the experience there was great!!"

"Excellent location, right next to the station and with easy access to lots of food options. Room had almost everything I needed. Only complaint is that there is a kitchen but you have to buy dish soap/a sponge whereas in other apart-hotels I have stayed at they are provided. Having a gym was an added plus. Staff were very helpful. Unfortunately, while there is a laundry room the dryer absolutely sucked - 2 hours and my clothes were still hot and damp so I wound up just hanging them around my room."

"This is by far the nicest hotel I have stayed at in Japan. The stuff was amazing and courteous which is to say beyond the standard practice for Japanese customer care. The property was beautiful as well as clean, again normal for Japan. The area is full of everything from general shopping to night life. I was sad to have to move into my apartment."
