    Rundum gelungener Urlaub
    Die Unterkunft von Roy und Daniela ist außergewöhnlich, modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für das tägliche Leben braucht. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin Maria T. war problemlos. Sie reagierte sehr zeitnah auf alle Anfragen und gab sehr gute Tipps und Empfehlungen. Alles in allem waren alle Familienmitglieder vollauf zufrieden!

    Tolles Appartement mit grandioser Lage
    Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit am Lago Maggiore. Im Loft hat es uns vier Personen (Eltern und 2 Töchter, 17 und 19 Jahre alt) an nichts gefehlt. Das Vorhandensein einer Klimaanlage war von großem Vorteil. Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse ist grandios. Da lohnt das Packen des Picknickkorbs für die Mahlzeiten :-). Auch die Nähe zum See hat uns begeistert: Nur 10 min Fußweg und man ist an einem kleinen Steinstrand an dem man herrlich ins frische Wasser abtauchen kann. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos und sehr schnell. Maria T., die Verwalterin, war sehr aufmerksam und Check-in und -out über die Schlüsselbox waren perfekt. Können wir nur empfehlen! Vielen Dank für alles!

    Die Unterkunft ist Top! Liebevoll eingerichtet! Sehr gut ausgestattet, Klimageräte sind da und funktional! Gut gepflegter Zustand. Gute Lage und eine große Dachterasse. Eine tolle Betreuung durch Maria, Sie hilft bei möglichen Problemen. In der Wohnung befinden sich aktuelle Prospekte, Infomaterial, Karten mit Beschreibungen wo ihr was finden könnt…eine Einschränkung bzw. Bemerkung zum „Pool“, der als Pool ausgewiesen/erwähnt ist. Es handelt sich nicht um einen Pool, der auf dem Gelände und/oder dem Grundstück befindet, sondern um ein „Schwimmbad“. Für dieses muss ein Entgeld pro Tag u. pro Person von derzeit 7€ entrichtet werden. Das geht aus den FE-Wo Direkt Angaben so leider nicht direkt hervor. Der Strand ist in ca. 5-7 min erreichbar…ein Stück muss an der Uferstraße gelaufen werden…hier gibt es nur wenig Abstand zu fahrenden Fahrzeugen…is nicht wirklich gefährlich…mit Kleinen Kindern (2 bis 10 Jahre) muss jedoch schon gut aufgepasst werden….

    Perfekt für den Familienurlaub
    Die Ferienwohnung ist ein ungewöhnlich gestaltetes Loft über zwei Ebenen. Die untere Etage ist fast komplett offen gestaltet und beinhaltet den Wohn-/ Essbereich sowie die Küche. Die Möbel sind modern, passend zum Ambiente und geschmackvoll ausgewählt. Die Ausstattung des Lofts beinhaltet alles, was man für einen Familienurlaub benötigt. Während des Aufenthaltes war es am Lago Maggiore überwiegend über 30°C warm. In dieser Zeit haben wir die Klimaanlage des Lofts sehr schätzen gelernt. Die Lage des Lofts ist ebenfalls nahezu perfekt. Fußläufig befindet sich der Lago Maggiore mit einem kleinen kostenfreien Strand, der überwiegend von Einheimischen genutzt wird. Am Strand befindet sich außerdem eine Bar, in der man mit Blick auf den Lago seinen Aperol genießen kann. Viele Attraktionen (u.a. Intra selber, Bootsanlegestelle zu den Borromäischen Inseln, Villa Taranto, aber auch das Val Grande uvm.) sind bequem mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wer etwas länger fährt kann auch innerhalb einer Stunde Mailand erreichen. Abgerundet wurde der Urlaub durch die hervorragende Betreuung von der Managerin Maria. Maria war jederzeit für Fragen per Telefon oder auch WhatsApp erreichbar. Sie hat durch ihre Betreuung unseren Urlaub rund gemacht. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

    Mooi, aardige hostes maar….,
    De foto’s van het appartement wekken de suggestie dat je vanuit het appartement op het balkon/terras komt. Dit is niet het geval. Je moet behoorlijk omlopen en dan met de lift naar de 2 etage. Daar aangekomen loop je nog een stukje om bij jouw plekje te komen. Dit viel ons erg tegen. Het uitzicht was fantastisch maar als je bijvoorbeeld een 2e pot thee of koffie wilde hebben bij het ontbijt moest je weer helemaal terug wat we dan maar niet deden.

    Keine schöne Wohnung
    Die Wohnung kann ich nicht empfehlen. Die Wohnung ist 'kalt", wahrscheinlich weil dort nur 1 Fenster zu sehen ist. Es befindet sich im Wohnzimmer, aber zu sehen ist ein Hof, der voll mit verschiedenen Fahrzeugen ist, nichts schönes. In den Schlafzimmern gibt es Fenster, aber wenn nam wach wird, man sieht es nur dreckige Mauern, es gibt dort kein Zugang zu dem Tageslicht, es ist sehr ungemütlich. Die beschriebene Terrasse ist zwar da, aber total ungemütlich. Um auf diese Terrasse zu gelangen muss man erst nach draußen gehen, die andere Seite des Hauses. Ein Käffchen morgens dort zu trinken, nach dem Wach werden, ist nicht möglich. Die Terrasse ist groß, kein Thema, aber für diese Wohnung sind gute 3 qm. Sonst andere Menschen rundherum. Privatsphäre gibt es nicht. Dort ev. in der Sonne zu liegen. kein Platz. Der Wohnraum ist voll mit verschiedenen Sachen zugestellt. Es gibt dort einen Tisch, aber so abends etwas zusammen spielen unmöglich, auf den Stühlen kann man nicht sitzen. Die Lage insgesamt ist nicht schön. Ohne Auto geht es gar nicht. Spazieren gehen dort ist nicht möglich. man muss schon weiter fahren. Der Pool, von dem die Rede In der Beschreibung ist, in 11 Tagen war 1 Mal geöffnet. Sie wollten von uns für ca. 4 Stunden 15 Euro pro Person. Kein schöner Pool, außerdem ziemlich teuer. Wir waren dort ein Mal und es bleibt mit Sicherheit dabei.

    Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage
    Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Dachterrasse bietet einen traumhaften Blick auf den Lago Maggiore. Intra ist ein nettes Städchen und von der Wohnung aus über einen autofreien Spazierweg erreichbar. Auch ein kleiner Strand mit Strandbar ist in Fußnähe. Für unseren Familienurlaub mit (fast) erwachsenen Kindern war die Wohnung perfekt!

    SUPERBE APPARTEMENT TRES BIEN SITUE
    Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très bien équipé, au calme. Situation idéale pour bouger autour du Lac Majeur et à proximité de l'embarcadère pour Laverno et les iles BOROMEES.
