「The location was ok and the service was nice. However, the receptionist told me that the mortgage fee had been refunded to me. 「It was my first time travel to Italy and I was pleased to stay there to start my trip. The location is great, very easily accessible, chilled neighborhood around, they have a gorgeous rooftop as well, but it seems it has not been fully utilized. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I had encountered the terrible rainstorm in Rome, thanks to it's powerful hair dryer and the 24 hr ironing room, I could wear my only coat again that evening :-) I didn't go to their spa and breakfast so cannot comment on...

「The staff are really helpful and friendly, and they are willing to take care of your needs. The room condition is wonderful, everything is clean and rather new. My room looks exactly the same as the photos.
Although it is not located at the centre of Rome, it has good transportation connection so it is not a big problem for me.
I would say I have enjoyed a supreme-quality stay in Rome without paying a hefty price. Wonderful hotel!」
