“The hotel staff was excellent. It had beautiful views, and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. It had a nice place for dinner overlooking the water and mountains. The food was delicious. I would highly recommend staying there.”

“Immense chambre avec une magnifique vue sur le Vésuve, malgré l'usine au 1 er plan ... Très bon petit déjeuner fait maison et accueil très chaleureux. Cet ancien palais a un petit charme désuet et propose un vrai grand confort. Je recommande vivement pour un séjour de découverte de la région.”

“Overall, it’s not a bad hotel, the last day at the checkout we ask for the taxi to receptionist. She said she will call the Uber company that the Hotel work with I said OK so Taxi show up it was the evening reception person that he works in hotel! again I didn’t care so he took us to train station which was 14 minutes walking distance and five minutes driving. And he asked for €30 but the thing is 3 days before that when I came to the hotel from train station the actual Taxi a good size Taxi……

“Had an enjoyable stay. Staff were absolutely brilliant, hotel is a little dated but clean & tidy (no tea/coffee in rooms which would have been nice). Restaurant menu for meals is limited but good. Would recommend their pizza evenings! Had an issue with late night noise from a private function but the Gen. Manager was fabulous & responded quickly to resolve. It’s a 10-15min walk into the town area but plenty of restaurants to choose from. Train station is 8-10mins away which gives you easy &……

“We booked that place for one night. After a while the host wrote to us not to come and that there were no room available. Under such circumstances I asked the host to cancel my reservation in order I could book another place. But the host refused to do that! So, I wonder if the host is a fraudster or simply irresponsible person, who doesn’t update calendar.”
