We had a wonderful stay at this vacation rental! The home was exactly as described clean, comfortable, well maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was great to walk to Mullins Beach, Sea Shed and The View if you wanted to. What truly made this experience exceptional was our host. She went above and beyond every single time we reached out, always responding quickly, kindly, and making sure we had everything we needed. Her hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome. We had an amazing time and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We can’t wait to come back!

What a great place to stay, the villa itself is fabulous and felt like home the second we got there. Bruce responded quickly to my pre-holiday queries and Lorraine was marvellous as our host when we arrived, knowledgeable and answering any questions speedily. The villa was well stocked, beds were comfortable and everything you need is there for you. We loved the area as near to beaches, bars and restaurants, some walkable and some by local transport, always a fun experience

Absolutely fantastic property. We very much enjoyed our family stay and will return. Both Bruce and Lorraine have been helpful, punctual, friendly and good communicators. The cleaners were thorough and done a great job. The pool guy and gardener came a few times and were discrete yet friendly. Loved it was just a short walk to the beach. Handy that the property grounds were secure so kids couldn’t escape. We saw monkeys in the garden most mornings which was so fun! Thanks so much!

Communication from the owner and also Lorraine, the manager was excellent. The villa was clean and well equipped with very good kitchen and excellent bathrooms throughout. The garden and large pool were well maintained and were well used by all of us.The location was in a quiet cul-de-sac, secure and private. A car is really essential although it's only a short distance to the coast. Our stay was one of the best family holidays we have had, thanks largely to the villa more than living up to our high expectations.

Great house, location and communication

I would highly recommend staying here! It’s a fabulous spacious house in a great position, a short ride to some fantastic restaurants and beaches. Bruce was informative and responsive pre trip with any questions we had and Lorraine the property manager was brilliant once we were there. You’ll need to hire a car while you are here to get about the island but there are also local buses aplenty up and down the coastal road.

We had an amazing time here, the villa was perfect for what we wanted. Each room having its own ensuite was a real bonus. The pool was the real highlight of the villa. Our host and the property manager were easy to communicate with and accommodated our late check out. We had a hire car making it easy to get to the beach and the shops. We went to a lovely quiet beach just the other side of Speightstown which was perfect. We had monkeys visit us at the villa a couple of times and it was great to watch them playing in the garden. There is air conditioning in every bedroom and in the lounge and fans everywhere else which was a god send when it got really hot. Would definitely recommend for families and would stay here again.
