No one to help with luggage, dirty dishes at end of hallway for over 24 hours. Would never waste money on this again. Spent the night before in Jackson for 1/4 the price and had much better service and amenities. "

It was too hot even though we turned the heat down.The curtains on the slider fell on my faceThe location was perfect. The beds were comfy but I'd choose a queen in the second bedroom.No view of the mountains "

"Im a fan of the classic old hotels like the Greenbrier Grove Park Inn, etc. This property is similar but doesnt measure up. Also i booked a townehome which was 5 minutes from hotel but did have access to all the amenities. Heat did not function well and when we woke up on the last day it was 64 degrees in the house. As far as the people who worked there they were all polite and professional. "
