"Kitchenette was really useful, and well equipped. Dishwasher & washing machine were an unexpected bonus. Studio apartment has a fold-down bed which converts to a sofa. Ok if you're not using your room much & keep things tidy. Great wifi & aircon. Morrisons very close by for self-catering, or easy walk to Ocean Village, Casemates etc for eating out. Pool looked nice, but as there was no shade to sit under, we didn't use."

"We where upgraded to the 6th floor , the room was a great size , so we had a perfect view of the Marina , Breakfast could have been a bit hotter . Staff cooking omelettes , wasn't very smilie , young waitress in the pool bar was very helpful & friendly . Restaurant bar staff very friendly . Muhamed was very friendly which we met on the last day."

"An absolutely amazing apartment on the 14th floor of the E1 (20 floor) complex. Very clean with two fully functioning aircon units (bedroom and living room). As you enter, nice shower and toilet, with two sinks and opposite in a cupboard is a washing machine. Then the double bed with wardrobe storage and TV, and then kitchen and living area comprising sofa, dining table, TV, dishwasher, microwave, oven/hob and numerous cupboards fully stocked with essentials to make your stay enjoyable. Apartment is situated about a 20 minute walk from the airport and town, and only 5 minutes from Eastern Beach. Exceptional communications before and during the stay, would recommend this to anyone travelling to Gibraltar."

"We had a fabulous time staying at the Rock Hotel. Tha Art Deco style gave a wonderful ambience while the staff couldn’t do enough for us, albeit rather slowly at times. The room, a junior suite, was delightful. Clean and cheery with a lovely balcony. However it would have been nice to have had a little shade in the afternoons. Breakfast was great. So much choice and everything was as fresh as could be. The glorious swimming pool is on the other side of the road from the hotel, with changing rooms and showers, and plenty of seating in pool or garden settings. Food is available from the bar. In the evening the bar comes to life under the watchful eye of Ghazi, long time employee, who always finds time for a chat. Please be aware that the hotel has lots of steps and is up a steep slope some way from Main Street, although buses stop outside and taxis are readily available. 😀"

"Amazing location, great sunset views and and overall great spot. Beach not to far and city center is very close. Sure the occasional plane passes by but very manageable Overall great place to stay."

"Nice clean property in a good location, quick walk away from the marina. Walter the host was very responsive to my emails and allowed me to check in earlier which was appreciated due to our early flight. Would stay here again! Thanks."
