"When you are short for time you want a really nice place and no hassle. This property was perfect, comfortable and relaxing, definitely recommended!Staying meters from the beach with very little noise (birds and crickets mostly) and a great view from above was a real plus - relaxing yet lively, we didn't feel we needed to go anywhere. I think the photos don't do it justice.It was super clean and well equipped with everything we needed (surprised to find beach towels and pro cooking pans). All new, plenty of quality bedding and towels, well set up for our arrival. Detailed easy instructions and guide to the best local bakeries and markets, they really thought of everything. Very comfortable for 8 (easily 10), plenty of relaxing spots in front/back garden. Large dinning table and sofa have great views, or just lounging in the bedroom watching the blue lake was so nice. We spent most of our time on the terrace watching boats, paragliders and the sunset on the lake just below, perfecting our BBQs. There was a large TV, speakers, books, games, even a good office desk, but we didn't use any - swimming, paddling and cycling around the lake were best really. Kids loved the clear shallow waters to play. Host knows Annecy well and helped us sort everything at short notice, even bikes - very professional, responded in minutes even at night. Safe area for kids, gated development but you can drive, cycle or boat to taloire and annecy. Well worth it - thank you for having us!"

"Very friendly and helpful owners. We arrived early and there was no problem. The house was very clean and spacious, perfect for our group of 10 friends. The house has everything you need. It has access to a stream, perfect for cooling off on hot days. There's a great barbecue for preparing meals. We had a wonderful week there and would love to come back someday. Thank you :)"
