Sejour agréable malgré quelques désagréments. Un fauteuil cassé, la tv change seule de chaine, la douchette remplacée à notre arrivée, peu de jeux et pas de livres pour enfants. Il serait judicieux d avoir du liquide vaisselle et de savon dans le deuxième wc et dans la cuisine.

Vacances au repos avec vue sur le lac, le port et le village aquatique à 5mn, tout pour éviter l'usage du véhicule sauf pour les grandes courses alimentaires à 20mn en voiture.

Merci pour l'accueil. Nous sommes restés 2 semaines en famille dans cette maison confortable et bien équipée. Situation idéale entre la plage et le port. Il est très probable que nous décidions de revenir au cours des prochaines années.

We have loved our week in the wonderful house at lac du der. The view was just spectacular even though the summer was more like autumn, the house makes up for the lack of sun and there is plenty of room to relax inside. There are plenty of fun things to do around the lake such as riding a 6 person bike, waterbiking and a boat trip. The house itself was a real home. It has everything you and your kids need. If I have to make a suggestion it would be to make sure the contactperson speaks at least some English. Although we do speak a tiny bit of French we were mostly misunderstood or plainly ignored in restaurants.

Sehr gepflegtes und sauberes Objekt in schöner Lage unweit von einem Stausee der Marne, dort bewachter Strand mit Nichtschwimmerbereich, gut fü Kinder. Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt, Französischkenntnisse sind hilfreich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort schwach, man braucht ein Auto zum Einkaufen.

Das gut eingerichtete Haus liegt hinter dem Yachthafen von Giffaumont-Champaubert. Man ist in zwei Minuten am Hafen (und könnte da Elektroboote, Kanus mieten oder Segelkurse machen). Wir hatten unsere Kanus mit und konnten sie problemlos im Hof neben dem Auto lagern. Dank eines kleinen Tores hat man direkten Zugang zum Strand (eine Minute zu Fuß). Aber auch die Bootsrampe im Hafen für den großen Seeteil ist gut erreichbar. Ein kleiner Supermarkt für das Nötigste ist (zumindest im Sommer) auch um die Ecke. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, der Trubel rund um das Casino ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt bleibt aber unhörbar. Nur wenn am Strand etwas los ist hört man es auf der Terrasse, abends ist es aber in der Regel ruhig. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf den See ist sehr schön weil die Ufer kaum bebaut sind. Es gibt auch eine kleine Überdachung für die Terrasse, allerdings wird der größte Teil davon von einem Whirlpool eingenommen, den man leider nicht nutzen darf und der ein lästiges Dauergeräusch verursacht. Nach einem Anruf beim Vermieter konnten wir ihn nachts ausschalten (das Schlafzimmerfenster geht nämlich genau dorthin). Ansonsten ist das Haus klimatisch angenehm, wir hatten eine Woche tolles Wetter und eine Woche mäßiges Wetter. Sowohl drinnen wie draußen kann man es gut aushalten. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, da das Haus einem Champagner-Winzer gehört verfügt es sogar über einen Weinkühlschrank, danke auch für die Begrüßungsflasche Champagner! Die Vermieterin war gut zu erreichen, sehr bemüht und die Übernahme/Übergabe hat gut funktioniert. Ich kann dieses Haus jedem der am Lac du Der Urlaub machen will empfehlen, es ist - trotz der Einschränkung s.o. - sicher eines der schönsten die man dort mieten kann.

Nous avons passez un super moment le lieu est magnifique, avec la vue sur le lac et le gite est très bien situé. Ce gite est merveilleux et spacieux il ne manque rien, c'est un endroit ou nous retournons surement.
