「We stayed at Ajira for three nights and were assured that we would be refunded for the remaining three nights. Unfortunately, the communication from the reception staff was poor throughout our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The swimming pool was also a great place to cool down during the hot days.
