Great Spot

House is beautiful, in a great location, and the owner was very responsive and flexible. We had a great time here combing the low tides with our daughter. There aren't any curtains in the bedrooms, which is great for the view but did wake my toddler up early in the morning. Just bring a sleep mask if you require total darkness to sleep in during spring/summer months.

Gorgeous

Absolutely beautiful place. The owner was great to communicate with. The only issue I had was that the cleaning fee was the highest I've ever paid by far, but you were expected to do some things like take the garbage up a hill for garbage day etc. The place could also have been better stocked (there weren't enough dishwasher tabs left for our stay, for example). But these are quite minor compared to how gorgeous the house and setting were. We enjoyed the view and the hot tub.

Wonderful Stay

Had a wonderful stay. The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood. Everything was clean, comfortable and the views were amazing. Communication was excellent and check-in was easy. Highly recommend!

So peaceful

Raft Island House is spotless, impeccably maintained and equipped. The owners were very responsive. Our visit was during a historic high temperature period and the owners provided us with more fans. Even though the house was not air conditioned (which is common in the area) the evening temperatures dropped and the breeze from the harbor was delicious with the patio doors opened.. And NO BUGS! So no need to worry about mosquitoes. We would love to go back.
