「Super thin walls. You can hear every step. If you sleep on bottom floor the water pipes are right behind your head in the walls so you hear every flush or shower. Easy location to get to/from downtown Seattle. Just a few minutes. Street traffic is heavy during weekdays as there seems to be only one exit from the neighborhood. We parked along the street as the parking spot was difficult to get into with a large SUV.」

「Phillip and Danica are incredible hosts! They have thought of everything possible for the most comfortable stay. From walking sticks to makeup removal wipes, a fully stocked coffee and tea bar, PLUS a cheese board and freshly baked bread and pastries. Besides the multiple great outdoor spaces to enjoy the wildlife, there were games and a pool table which we enjoyed too.I had plans in town so spent limited time on the park trails. I will return just to enjoy the park and the property.」

「Our hosts were very welcoming and responded quickly to any questions we had. The apartment was very clean and the outdoor lighting was great, which we appreciated when coming back at night. 「A lovely place to stay! Quiet setting with everything you need! Host was excellent, great communication, friendly and welcoming. I was traveling solo, visiting family in Renton and this location was perfect. Great for solo travelers or a couple I could even see Mt Rainier over the neighboring house. 「The house was clean and had been updated. Good space for parking and an excellent quiet neighborhood. The space was not pre-heated for us when we arrived, and it took the first night to get things warmed up. A little hard to manage the temperature with the in wall heaters, space heaters, and no central thermostat. Great water pressure and hot water temperature. 」
