Welcome all Lake Lovers! Our KY Lake House condo is just steps from our waterfront private dock & covered boat slip. We invite you to kick off your shoes, stroll to the water and breathe it all in. Bring your own boat and park it in our slip or rent one at Moors Marina (just a short walk away) and sail it to our slip for easy cooler and passenger loading.
You can sail, fish, swim, tube and float til your heart’s content or light a campfire at our dockside fire pit under the stars. We make sure there is wood always handy and roasting poles ready for those evening s’more cravings.
Just a short walk from Moors Marina, you are close to all the boating, fishing and swimming amenities offered by the Marina store as well as pizza, ice cream and beer for your cooler. Ralph’s restaurant is located just before the marina for a fuss free dinner or drinks on their large patio.
With over 1200 sq feet, our second floor, 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo is supplied with everything you need including a fully stocked kitchen and laundry where you will find complementary detergent for those swimsuit washes!
Each bedroom offers a queen sized bed. Extra bedrolls, a Pack N Play and high chair seat are stored in the closets for any little ones you bring along. The living room offers two comfy pull-out couches. Extra blankets, sheets, pillows and throws are stored in the closets and ready to use.
Outside you will find our furnished balcony with a table and seating to enjoy your morning coffee in the sun or evening beverages with friends.
With cheerful decor and comfortable furnishings, you can relax and chill. Fun nods to Lake Life can be found throughout the house such as ducks tucked on shelves, vintage fishing lures displayed as art and even lake-found shells filling vases.

Dock Info - Your rental includes the use of one COVERED slip in our dock. You will see our slip marked with our condo number. Electricity is available at every docking point. ALSO, at summer pool water level (359'), there is about 6 ft of water at the end of the dock and 4 ft at the front. If the lake is low, we cannot guarantee the water depth at our dock.

Getting Around Info - You can rent golf carts, jet skis and boats from Moors Marina. It is a great way to enjoy the lake and explore the neighborhood! In peak season, I suggest that you reserve one in advance, as they sell out quickly.

Other Info- free WiFi, parking for 2 vehicles and 1 trailer (if you need more parking, just let us know and we will try to accomodate).
