“We loved our stay here! Basement apartment below an occupied house, but the noise above was muffled and not obtrusive. It is spacious and beautifully naturally lit all along one side by a row of ground-level windows. The bedroom has a large walk-in closet, and at night is pitch black, so our sleep was fabulous. Very very clean and comfortable. Host was super responsive. Would gladly stay again.”

“We stayed in this property bc our daughter’s graduation (Amherst) was sold out. We used the property to have a place to sleep and shower exclusively.The duplex was clean, well equipped with towels and linens. We used two of the 3 bedrooms. The king size bed was comfortable enough. The queen size bed (not the bunk bed) was very uncomfortable according to my daughter and her partner. “The property is in disrepair. The glass door before you can reach the lockbox with the key to open the home it’s not functional. I needed to find and object to pry open the glass door to get to the lockbox has a key to enter the house. Once in the house there is not silverware or dishware for two people to have a meal let alone four. There is no instructions to increase the temperature in the house so while I was there in Harvard between 60 Degrees and 65 if it was sunny outside”

“One of the best rentals I've stayed at! Matched the description to a tee, and very very very clean! Simple but comfortable accommodations. Beautiful views of the lake and the bridge. We watched a group of boys taking turns doing back flips and dive into the water off the bridge. A beaver built a damn across the water. And boaters would wave as they passed by. Nice neighbors. Quiet neighborhood. Not far from restaurants and hiking areas. Very beautiful to say the least.”

“The host was very communicative and obviously has tried to make this unit a reasonable place to have people stay. However, the layout of the place was not ideal. They turned a front sitting room into a bedroom, but it doesn't really work well. Further, that room smelled like marijuana our whole stay (1-night). It connected to the stairwell up to the units above, and my guess is that those people just smoke weed all day/night and it's impacting this unit. Further, the outside of the house is……

“The add states an entire home, this is a home with small bedrooms and a bathroom. I was under the impression by the description the entire home was ours without others on the property. I’d put that in the description I felt under comfortable with the men on the property. False advertising ”

“Greatly enjoyed our stay. The host was very good at communicating with us needed. Very relaxing and peaceful home and view. The beds were very comfortable and we slept wonderfully. Enjoyed peaceful mornings on the back deck listening to the birds. We were visiting for our daughter's wedding and it gave us a peaceful retreat in which to sleep and relax in between events. Would definitely stay here again!”
