Perfect property for 3 adults during short stay for Laconia Motorcycle Week. All amenities function well, Immaculately clean, easy to negotiate and laid out for a rental property. Great location proximate to services yet on a quiet road with a beautiful backyard. Will definitely rent again next year if it is available

Comfort and More!

My son’s family and I stayed in this beautiful home. Large yard for the grandkids to play in, several spots to set up in progress games and we lacked nothing as we prepared meals.We even saw deer visiting the lawn in the early morning.

Wonderful weekend

This was a lovely vacation home, well cared for, and immaculately clean. There was everything you’d need in the kitchen and home itself. Check in was easy, lovely views and perfect location (close to everything but quiet). We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Perfect house!

We were SO happy with this house! It was nice a spacious for our family of 5. We loved the mini spilts in all the bedrooms to stay at a comfortable temperature. The house was very clean and organized! We would love to stay there again :)

Winter escape

We enjoyed this property. It was very close to many places we like to go when we are in NH. Nice comfy house with lots of amenities. We will definitely return again! Property management was very responsive with a couple of minor issues.

Great house and Beautiful Location!

We were able to enjoy this house for several nights in July. It was a beautiful location and the house was just right. The main level was great for working and eating and the 3 bedrooms upstairs were separate, which was nice. We went for a several walks, and there weren't any sidewalks in the neighborhood, but the cars looked out for us.

Family Vacation

My family and I have stayed in Gilford many times over the years but this was our first time at this property. We loved staying in this family home. It is well maintained. The skylights over the beds were magical. We loved the clawfoot tub and the ability to eat inside and outside. We would absolutely stay here again.

Gunstock Ski Trip

Roomy, sunny cape only 8 minutes to the slopes. The place was clean, bright, and had everything we needed. 10 minutes to Walmart or Hannaford for what we forgot to bring. Loved the claw foot tub with bubble bath and a view of snow covered pines. Thank you for sharing your home

Location was good for what we needed. Accommodation were good. Updated bath was nice. Decor is lacking. Leather sofas are wore out and need replaced. Additonal lighting in living room. Additional seating is needed in living / fireplace room. Don’t need so many dining chairs - need comfortable reading chairs and foot stools. Kitchen was fine (we didn’t cook).1 hand towel is not sufficient. Bath products and provided dish/ laundry items were great.

The house we stayed in was great. It had so much character. Other then no linens, towels on our arrival) someone came within 30 minutes and the kitchen didn’t look like it was clean, the rest of our stay was excellent. The views were amazing!!

Cozy home close to Everything!

Great New England cape in great location close to everything you want and need. Super clean, comfortable mattresses and pillows, amazing bath with clawfoot tub, shower and heated flooring. Well equipped kitchen with lots of room and a huge dining room table for family dinner. We loved it and the street was quiet, yet close to all the fun and entertainment.
