The expensive room we booked had a view of a construction site and not the view of the ocean and blue waters we were promised. After complaining we were moved to a smaller/cheaper room. "Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Ottalia. The first thing we noticed when checking in was 4 routers, so will say the wifi was great. The staff was attentive, and always able to give extra water, towels, and even bugspray. The hotel is in the middle of the island, so there are definitely abundant mosquitoes, so beware and make sure to keep the mosquito net intact. The hot water also wasnt hot at night, so thats one thing the hotel could improve on. I appreciate the kindness of the staff, but...
