Clean, comfortable place. Fast, efficient check in process. Good coffee. Housekeeper goes above and beyond. One suggestion: leave a note with Zelle so that guests can leave housekeeper a tip, not everyone carries cash this days.

I can't believe this hotel had such a high rating. We did not get our check in information in time and had to call. The place was run down and not even 50 percent of the light bulbs worked and the ones that did work were on their last legs. Couldn't believe there was a mercury-laden pigtail light from the Obama administration. The light in the bathroom had one tiny working bulb out of three. Lights were flickering and dying while we were there. There does not seem to be any WiFi. The only cute thing was the animal towels.

Neat, clean, safe. We were able to book last minute during a cross country drive. Room had coffee maker and k-cups, bottled water, microwave. In addition to sending arrival information via email, a representative from the hotel called me to ensure we had our room number and door code. This extra step was greatly appreciated, especially as we were traveling and arriving late. Thank you!

The Arrowhead is a no frills motel, owned and operated by a very friendly person who definitely is working hard to make it a good place to overnight. It's clean, well kept, and I would certainly stay again if I happened to be traveling through the area.

The check in process was clunky at best. I did not receive in advance a room assignment and access code. There were no staff on site to assist. Took 45 minutes just to get checked in. We stayed 3 nights and there was no room service to replenish things like coffee pods. Two people had only 2 pods for 3 nights - and no apparent way to request additional ones. The room had no heater other than a small space heater and no extra blankets - we had to sleep in layers. On the first day the lights went off and it took several hours before anyone to remedy the problem. My impression is that this property is undergoing a change in ownership and systems and it isn't quite ready for guests.
