"Check in took over 45 minutes even after I showed my prepaid receipt. Was initially turned away because they didn’t have a copy of my reservation. Was informed the hotels Wi-Fi and cable we not functioning (later learned it had been down for several days and they had no idea when it would be functional again. Rooms were very clean if a bit dated. Hallway smelled strongly of food being prepared. The continental breakfast was decent although I would prefer individually packaged items rather than getting butter from a tub full of crumbs or jars or random peanut butter. "

"cable was out (no fault of property - ice storm & someone hit the box), pool heater was out & hot tub was extremely hot you couldn’t put a foot into hot tub (ugh!) so a very quiet night- good bed & good rest. "
