The hygienic conditions were horrible, the toilets near the bars and restaurants were very dirty, a bad smell came out of the toilet in the room. The restaurant with buffet was dirty in the area of fries, with food thrown on the counter. Food in general was not good, but the cakes and pastries were excellent.

We would definitely recommend this property, just highlighting a lot of confusion around dining table assignments, and that for some reasons the outdoor one kept being moved under the sun despite plenty of availability under the shaded areas and us moving the tables every time clearly annoyed of the sun. Another element of improvement we would have liked is availability of water bottle refilling stations around the property.

Stanza tripla appena sufficiente per tre persone. E', di fatto, una camera doppia a cui è stata aggiunto un letto. Personale della ristorazione professionale. Personale del servizio di pulizia della camera cortese e disponibile. Da migliorare, invece, il servizio di reception. Molto bravi i musicisti dell'animazione.

Buona struttura e pulizia. Aspetti negativi : il mare nel pomeriggio sempre agitato a causa di raffiche di vento continue, e presenza quotidiana di meduse che ledono i bagnanti .

Torreserena Village, mare impraticabile.

Ho soggiornato in questo villaggio con la famiglia dal 19 al 26 agosto 2018. Tutto bene per quanto riguarda l'animazione e il ristorante. Purtroppo il mare (non bello) è impraticabile a causa di una moltitudine di meduse, sei costretto a fare il bagno in una specie di gabbia, parlando anche con il personale della struttura è un problema che va avanti da molti anni, se fossi stato informato non avrei prenotato a Torreserena Village. Altra nota dolente sono le camere, troppo obsolete per il costo delle struttura. Non prenoterei nuovamente in questa struttura.

Villaggio carino, molto grande ideale per bambini non alle coppie, letti e cuscini scomodi, mare bello quando è calmo, ristorante vario e discreto, animazione appena sufficiente, spiaggia raggiungibile con navetta efficiente o con una passeggiata all'interno di una pineta in 15 minuti, piscina e attrezzature sportive ottime.

Vacanza altamente rilassante.

Una vacanza altamente rilassante, sul mare Ionio dai colori splendidi, con tutti i comfort. L'animazione è sempre eccellente, quest'anno è migliorata anche l'acustica in teatro. Quest'anno è ancora migliorata la cucina, ottimi in particolare i piatti di pesce e i dessert.
