Great spot for seeing wildlife out the window. We saw 2 kangaroos and a black snake. The rooms aren’t very sound proofed so we could hear those in the room next to us showering and listening to music which is a shame as it’s so peaceful in the surrounding area.

Amazing location, close enough to Mallacoota for conveniences, far enough to feel like a lovely peaceful escape. I have never seen so many different birds in one place, Lyrebirds and a friendly possum were the best! So many good books to read. Would definitely stay again!

This was our second stay at Lin Cottage. We enjoyed it as much as the first time. Perfect position. Ideal for the two of us. The constant sound of the sea is a lovely back drop to a tranquil setting.

Great location. Close to shops. Spacious and clean place. Hosts were very accommodating when there was loss of power due to weather conditions. Highly recommend as the perfect stay!
