Stylishly decorated environment according to the tradition of the country, the perfect location right in the middle of the old bazaar so you do not need the car anymore. Breakfast is served in another space but it is really tasty. Unrepeatable hospitality

Not so pleasant stay

I must say I was outraged by the service and its communication. First, I have booked via hotels.com for the non refundable booking. The hotel tricked me by instructed me to cancel this “non refundable” booking. Once complained, they have given me the room. The location seems to be convenient however It is located right next to the lively pub , the music is so loud that i could not sleep at all. There was no one at the reception and If I need help I have tried to send a message via the hotels.com message board, then no response. The booking specifically said “breakfast included” but this is a completely a lie. Tried to call via telephone but no response. Overall, the stay was unpleasant and my trip to Gjirokaster has been completely ruined by this hotel.

Super!

+ Central location but in a small parallel street so quiet 20 metres from small shops and restaurants. The accommodation is spacious, new, clean, all in an Albanian style. The manager is super friendly and very available even though he is not always physically present. Rooms are comfortable, good bedding, nice bathroom. Really recommend if you go through there!! ... - A small fridge in the rooms would be welcome. I couldn't fix the TV but this is secondary and probably due to my incompetence!! ...

( ) Location was central, host was helpful, room was new & nice (-) Draft was all over the place thus even the new heater couldn't warm the small room. Room was freezing so bad I couldn't sleep well. To make it worse, the electricity was cut off (it was a regional blackout) at 9:30 am so I had no lights, water & heater.
