「The heat/cooling (because you need both in Montana in April) was a bit tricky to regulate. They had a couple marks on the thermostat that helped once I figured out why they were there. I was happy with the Roku TV, but it took a little while to figure out that I couldn't log in with my own accounts, so settled for the Roku Live and was happy with that.」

「Perhaps the best thing was the location in the proximity of Glaciar National Park. For a half of the paid price it would be a decent one night stay albeit not a comfortable one. We had a room #10 in the main building, looking much better inside than outside. Everything was very clean and kind of nice. Our bathroom was pretty spacious, with a small shower cabin and a non-functioning bathtub. There were a few shelves (very convenient) and only a single towelbar and one hook for towels....

「First given a room with someone else in it. Employee quickly switched our rooms. Older rooms, with old, non-working thermostat still in the room with new separate heater above the door and a/c in window. No fridge, microwave, eat. Front staff very friendly and helpful.」

「This place was clean and in a perfect location. The beds were extremely comfortable. The only thing missing was there was no closet space. It was a simple but well appointed unit.」

「We notified the property that we would be arriving late as the late arrival instructions stated. When we got there nobody answered any of the phone numbers listed. We waited for quite a while hoping to contact someone but had to drive down into missoula and pay for a room there. Even when Expedia attempted to reach out to them they couldn't make contact either. On top of it all we were traveling with a child. Terrible service, no follow up, no cooperation and they would not refund my money. I...
