Disappointing

The staff were great. We got there checked in and found out we were given an old room that had dirty carpet and was very run down and dirty. They did say they will upgrade the rooms eventually but would have been nice to know it before. It was nothing like the pictures on the website. The kids bunk beds were broken. Carpets were filth. Blankets were old and made the kids sneeze. The aircon was dirty.

The pictures are misleading and the place is rather run-down. You can smell the dusty old carpet as soon as you open the door. The upsides are that the rooms are large and the kitchen is convenient.

The Precinct

We had a good time. It took us a while to find the place and even after asking locals where it was they had no idea as it had had a recent name change. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Don't expect the view as pictured. Will stay here again
