「This review applies to apartment 18 (studio), so I cannot speak to the other apartments. But honestly, I’d stay elsewhere.
The positives: relatively quiet neighborhood but not centrally located (though with easy access to the subway and two equidistant train stations). Clean room. Staff friendly.

「The curtain on a huge window next to the bed was missing, which meant I had an awful sleep. I let the hotel know in the morning via WhatsApp (how they have previously communicated with me) and they didn't bother to answer. My room (102) backed onto a back street which was noisy at night and in the early morning.
