「It is in a quiet and safe residential area, and in walking distance to U-bahnhof and S-bahnhof. The room is newly renovated with excellent facilities, including a mini kitchen and an outdoor area with table. Staff are helpful. Perfect for either short and long term stay. The only feedback I would like to add is the window in bathroom is not frosted and people may see you from the outside if you are stay at the ground floor. 「第一： 地方不好找，还得跑到另一个地方去办理入住，再走回来自己进大楼。 第二： 卫生环境真不行，水壶上都是灰，一摸一个手印。整个房间灯光昏暗，估计是为了让你看不清脏不脏。」

「Just opposite to Charlottenburg station, 24 hr convenient store next to the station. Nice restaurants nearby. A big supermarket of 7 mins walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff. They keep our luggage before and after checkin and checkout. Will definitely stay there if i next travel to Berlin.」

「還可以，不過房間有點霉味，還好窗戶可以打開，房務整理的滿乾淨的，是平價的不錯選擇。」

「誤以為最近的車站是動物園站,原來是夏洛滕堡站,還好離車站走路不到3分鐘,是這裡最大的優點,對面有一家華人超市和好吃的麵包店!! 逛街也很方便,附的早餐也不錯吃!但是正如大多數人所寫,附近似乎類似特殊營業區,還好德國治安算是不錯,我們2個女子玩到晚上11點回來,從車站快步走回飯店也還ok!!笑!!! 我們7月初入住,雖沒有冷氣但是不會熱. 2人1晚50歐元在柏林,所以不要期待太好的設備,就只當晚上睡覺的地方就好!」
