「Very quaint little cabin. I did not realize that one bedroom actually meant efficiency and the bed was a daybed with trundle, so my husband and i had to sleep separate split level. But overall, it was a great place to stay for an overnight get away away from the city. 」

「This was really neat! We were right off of the town square. Surrounded by many historical sights within walking distance. A lot of restaurants in walking distance as well. Was within driving distance of everything to see in Glen Rose. We even ventured out to Dublin and Hico just to look around. 」

「The Shepherd’s Hut is a well appointed with puzzles the kids loved and a great plastic pool! Samantha is a fantastic host and the kids loved the farm and the animals, especially the peacocks! Highly recommended. TV had football so our teenager was happy! Very close to Glen Rose, Fossil Rim, and Dinosaur Valley. A wonderful stay.」

「I had a great time. This was such a nice place to stay; very unique. Right in the middle of a small town, but you’d never know it. Although I just stayed one night and didn’t go anywhere (it was a wonderful night of solitude!) it’s close enough (10-20 miles I’d say) to so many places for families to go explore and enjoy. I would definitely go there again!」

「My husband booked the sunflower cabin for our honeymoon. We loved it so much, we went back for our anniversary this year. It was just as great as we remembered it. The hot tub on the back porch is very nice and relaxing. The complimentary bottle of wine they leave in the refrigerator goes great with it, too. Lol. Huge shower, comfy bed, and it’s pet friendly so we got to bring our two border collies. It’s the perfect secluded getaway to unwind, unplug, and connect with each other. 」
