“This cabin was such a perfect getaway home for us. We were very close to Glen Rose, it didn’t take long at all to get into town to do the activities. Property was very nice with lots of room for the kids to run around and play. They loved the swings and the daily visits from the dogs. “We enjoyed our stay more than we could’ve anticipated! The home was lovely. Kids had a blast in the pool, in the game room, and watching movies in the theater. Even the neighbors were great. Kids fished their hearts out. We kayaked and realized we need our own for bayou living! My only suggestions are that the kitchen needs more pots, pans, and basic measuring tools and the bathrooms could use more towels and wash cloths. ”

“The rustic Hillside cabin is located a few miles off the beaten path, yet close enough to Glen Rose to easily drive to nearby attractions. Upon arrival, the cabin was clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were kind and easy to communicate with. The setting is serene and peaceful. One thing to be aware of is that the cabin is a bit small - it is not spacious on the inside but there is plenty of room to explore outside. We had a lovely time.”
