"The breakfast was disgusting. The AC did not work correctly and it was extremely hot and it smelled and they were stains like water stains all over the floors in the hallways. We did not enjoy our stay."

"Facility was dated and shower had rust and stains and appeared unclean. We were told on check in there was no water from 9p-4a. When water finally came on it was initially grey and then had low pressure. Was offered breakfast but had concerns about eating breakfast due to the water issues so we declined. Staff unavailable by phone when we had questions about water. A pretty mediocre experience."

"Great building and location. Looks better in pictures that reality. It is tired and in need of a good cleaning and some better furnishing as some of them are cheap copies of classics and worn out. Breakfast horseshoe was pitiful. Untoasted slice of bread, some undercooked hash browns covered by powered eggs and cheap commercial gravy with slimy undercooked bacon. The fruit course was orange or cranberry juice. If your going to do breakfast that bad, just offer coffee and decent pastries. Those were the cheapest commercial pastries you can get too. Overall if you have been to a few small boutique inns or B&B's don't go here, you will be sadly disappointed."

"Had to use a flashlight to find our room because the hall lights weren’t working. No pillow cases. No anti-slip mat or stickers in bath tub. Burned out lights. Cable not working. Internet didn’t work. Water temperature in shower kept changing. Had to chase down toilet paper and Kleenex. Horrible place!"

"The building is just tired. Everything works, it was clean, and the staff was very friendly. the problem is the building itself. They lean in on the "Route 66" theme, but that doesn't mean the room should look like they haven't been redone since the glory days of the Mother Road. I still gave it three stars because, again, people were nice, and the place was clean, but definitely not a high-level stay."
