Checked into room July 30th in the two singles with window. Immediately upon entering the room saw a spider about the size of a loonie or toonie crawl under the one bed. Had to pull out this bed to get it only to find they haven’t vacuumed under the bed in about 5 years. There was multiple other smaller spiders and bugs in the room on the bedding and walls.
Talked to reception and they mentioned they’d give our money back for the issues. 2 weeks later there was nothing still so Expedia reached out and they contacted the property which now said they will not give a refund.
If you’re interested in multiple spiders and other bugs crawling all over the room, this is your place. First time we’ve ever actually checked out before even staying the night in a hotel.
