「Clean rooms with comfortable beds and linens. Loved the cinnamon roll waffles as a breakfast option. 」

「We got snowed in so we had to stay an extra day. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate us. Great job 」

「房间严重不符，预定时注明450尺，结果房间非常小，200都不到。投诉还不回应。骗子网站，建议注销。The room was completely different from the description. It was advertised as 450 square feet, but the actual room was very small, less than 200 square feet. My complaint went unanswered. This is a fraudulent website; I recommend it be shut down.」

「Office and room smelled of weed. Shower and sink fixtures loose..moving around. When the light was on in the bathroom the fan made an extremely loud noise. Could barely turn around in there. Three of us but only 2 towels. Some of the pictures online were false advertising. The person upstairs paced the floor most of the night . No sleep. Not recommended for any stay. 」

Fiji full length mirror, only the bracket. Odd smell in a couple of the other rooms we booked for team. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good. 」

「I have been to more than 30 states in the United States, and this hotel is the worst. In order to save costs, since the pillows, jackets and sheets have not been changed, there are guests' hair and greasy black on the pillows, and the sheets have traces of burnt body hair and cigarette butts, the room is not soundproofed, and even a pack of coffee is not provided, we spend 83 dollars to live in such a terrible room. There's only $40 worth of service here, and it's rare for me to judge a service...
