Charming house, great location. We enjoyed our visit with the owners. We recommend grocery shopping in Hurricane for a bigger selection! Great beginning to our trip!

Zion/Bryce cottage stay

Connie is one of the most gracious hosts I have encountered. This was one of our first stays with Vrbo but have used other vacation rental companies for many years. This place was so quaint and welcoming, and offered such complete accommodations that it was like coming home.

It was such a treat to experience staying at Pinky's place. It was cozy, and has the comfortable feeling like staying at gramma's place. Her artwork is so lovely and you can see that Connie takes such pride in her place Thank yoi so much!

Wonderful time in Bryce and Zion

We had a fantastic week hiking Bryce and Zion. What a treat it was to come back to this adorable house at night to rest up. Cozy, clean, spacious, and just the perfect driving distance between the parks. Hoping to get the chance to come back to Utah, and would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay!!

The host was so easy to work with and very helpful with logistics and things to do in Southern Utah. The house was a perfect location for Zion, Bryce and Kanab areas. It was well stocked with kitchen items and had plenty of room. Connie’s art work was a special touch! We would definitely stay here again.

We were between Zion and Bryce in Glendale on rte 89 about 40 miles from Kanab. The house is very comfortable and immaculate. The host, Connie, is a delight. A great stay! Thanks.

Zion/Bryce Canyon

This house was located in a great spot to go to both Zion & Bryce Canyon for our hiking adventures. The owners were super nice and even had a binder on a lot of nearby trails. The house is located on a highway, however, we really did not notice it. When we come back this way we will definitely stay here again.

Great place

We loved the house with all its old school charm while still giving us all the modern amenities (ie water softener and filtered water!). We had plenty of room for 6 adults. And the property was beautiful, we enjoyed the fire pit every night! Connie was friendly and helpful. She stopped by to give us a brief history of the property. I would highly recommend this place!!! If we are ever in the area again I’m staying here!!

Lovely Country Home

Great country charm. Very peaceful. Love sitting out among the roses🙂. Lots of chickens and roosters walking in the yard every morning. That was fun! We enjoyed visiting with Connie and her husband. Connie's homemade jam was delicious 😋

Cozy retreat in Glendale

Everything was as described. It was a very cozy stay as we toured Capital reef and Zion. The location and house brought back fond memories of my grandparents house I used to visit as a child. If you're kids are light sleepers like ours are, they might have trouble acclimating to the road noise in the rooms closest to the main road. We simply changed up room assignments after the first night and they were fine. Overall a wonderful stay in a wonderful town. We are grateful to the host and for the opportunity to reside at this property.

My two sons and I had a really nice stay at Pinkies Cottage. The location of the property was great for trips to Bryce and Zion Canyons. The cottage was comfortable, clean and Connie was very responsive with information.

House is rustic and quaint (in a good way), with modern appliances and well stocked. Very comfortable stay. Connie is a great host, very attentive and friendly. Loved the hummingbirds coming to the feeders! The location is central to the National Parks and close to the other attractions, but be prepared to drive up to an hour for other entertainment.
