「Everthing was nicely labled. From beach access locations, to where things were located in the rooms. The communication from host was prompt and kind. The location of this BNB was perfect. Everything was clean, and all needs were met. Will stay again. Very close to all attractions in Newport we wanted to visit. 」

「A fun little house to relax at and enjoy the coast. The hot tub is private (and even worth a dip during the rainy winter) and the beach is only about a five minute walk. The TV has a nice stereo system, but I will say the beds are REALLY tall. I'm an average height male but even I had to leap up to get on the bed.
