Family get away

We had a outstanding time the house was perfect for us. Well stocked kitchen all the gadgets you could need to prepare meals had only 2 issues one was dealt with very quickly a garbage disposal issue , our only reason to not perfect stay was a shower drain not draining.

fun at the beach

We loved the close proximity to the beach and there were Agates! The hot tub was nice after we vacuumed out the dirt in the bottom. Beds are very comfortable

Enjoyable house

Our family of 6 adults and 5 kids really enjoyed this house! It had a comfortable living room with a view, the kitchen was well stocked, and with 5 bedrooms everyone could spread out. I would rent this house again in the future.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful stay. It was clean and comfortable. We loved the well-stocked kitchen, the yard for our dog, the hot tub, and the close proximity to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Great family getaway

We really enjoyed our time here. Perfect for family and the cousins loved the bunk room. The fireworks were beautiful from the deck. Our only frustration was with Vacasa. We contacted them for oven mitts and baking sheets (the kitchen had everything else and then some) they never got back to us.

Seabreeze Retreat

This home is overall lovely. The owners left a binder with personalized recommendations for food and recreation. The beach is a quick walk down the road (not ADA friendly though) The home was equipped with most things we needed for a stay as well as puzzles and games we got to enjoy as a family. We came with extended family and the house layout is very nice for groups of adults and children. We would love to return.

Very nice place

This house is in a quiet neighborhood and a block from the beach. It is one of the nicer homes we have stayed at in the years we have used vacation rentals. I would return to this place anytime. The house had the right number and layout of bedrooms for our group. The upstairs shower is very modern. The kitchen is roomy, and the bar gives plenty of counter space for meal prep. The kitchen is well appointed with appliances, tools, and all the things we have at home. The hot tub is primo and in a very private setting in the backyard under the upper deck. The fireplace was much appreciated during the fall weather during our visit. We really liked the enclosed outside shower provided to wash off the sandy feet coming back from the beach.

Great proximity to the beach and comfortable space!

This home is ideally located near a lovely beach. We loved the outdoor shower, hot tub, and views of the ocean from the top deck. There are even sharp knives in the kitchen (kind of amazing). A couple things could use better maintenance, however: stove burner was broken our entire stay, as were both grills and blinds in a bedroom.

Great property, great ocean view.

Great property, can't wait to come back. Great for our extended family of 11! Lots of space inside and out, fully equipped with all the things. We had a group ranging from 6 to 76 years old. Outdoor shower was amazing, kids and adults loved it! Close to the beach, nice short walk. Couldn't have asked for better! Great views of the ocean and in a quiet neighborhood.

What a fun house! It's walking distance to the beach and yucked away from the general public. The house was ama,ing, unfortunately, there was no propane to bbq and the paper products ran out so we had to buy our own. Otherwise, we will absolutely be back!

Lovely Home

The home was spacious and well equipped for all guests, including pets. We ended up not bringing our pet, but was very happy with the house (including the fact that the home did not have a pet “smell” to it. The proximity to the water was great…the hot tub never got really HOT (tied the instructions provided but could not seem to get it hotter), but we only used it once during the stay…and it is a wonderful bonus, especially if you can get the temp up. We would stay again for any beach trip that included pets!

Great size house and location, not clean

The house is in a great location, easily accommodated our extended family of 12! The outdoor deck space was nice. Majorly lacking with cleanliness. Found what appeared to be dog hair all over upstairs, on the area rug and bedroom comforter. Also stains on the linens. Couldn’t find kitchen or hot tub towels (would have been nice to know they were in the dryer).

Good overall

This was a great home as far as location! It was cute and neat. I did have problems with communication though. I messaged the property manager twice and NEVER heard anything from them. There were ants in the kitchen, dog poop on the back patio, pet hair and dirt all over one of the grills in the cupboard and under the beds like it had not been cleaned in quite some time. It was a nice stay though and was very equipped with items you would need. Lots of towels and even some you could take to the beach. We had a great time.

Sea Breeze

This home is well-appointed and has a good layout and location. Our busy family with dogs had plenty of room and enough bedrooms for all. The housekeeping before our visit was less than great in that the hot tub was quite dirty and had no chlorine added (someone came by to clean it out but by then we had missed 5 opportunities we had counted on). That was disappointing. There were little things that may have been overlooked by staff such as no hot pads or oven mitts, not enough dishwasher detergent, no rug to step onto out of the upstairs shower, and the floor of the bathroom was dirty (not sure about the rest of the floors). There had been a broken lamp in the living room but we didn’t need it. We did try to clean up a bit but didn’t see a dust pan to go with the broom, and the dishwasher detergent situation. Again, the house layout, the beds/bedrooms, the wrap around deck and the location/view were very nice.

There are better options

There were several pros and cons to this house. First upon arriving the house smelled musky and the downstairs couch was disgustingly dirty, I never sat on it. There were ants all over the house, primarily downstairs where our bed was. The laundry machines were very dirty and gross as well. The bathroom was half painted and the shower "whined" the entire stay. It was very annoying but not the deal breaker. I could have dealt with house issues I mentioned if the beach was nice. Yes, the beach is close but its a steep beach, making it very dangerous for my small children with the riptide. We had to walk much further down the beach to find an area suitable for my small children. The second deal breaker was the safety concern of the deck slats being unattached on the bottom side. Five or so slats were unattached on one side and I have a 2 year old that could have easily fallen through. It made the deck area practically unusable for us. The house had a nice upstairs living space and we made due with the kitchen appliances and utensils. The dishwasher worked great and the couches upstairs were comfortable and inviting. The view was beautiful but not worth the price gouge we experienced for the holiday weekend.

Comfortable and close to beach

Not really suitable for toddlers, but they did have a play pen and high chair. Until the baby gate to stairs is fixed it really is not safe. We did not use the hot tub or outdoors patio, but we did enjoy our stay. Had most everything needed to cook with and bedding and beds were comfy. Being able to bring our small dogs was a plus

This house is in a great location. Quiet area and close to beach access. Hot tub was nice and had a lot of kitchen supplies. Comfortable Beds. This house sleeps 12 but not enough seating at the kitchen table and not enough towels. We had to do laundry everyday to have enough bath towels.
