Great Beach home for a family

Large comfortable home with a great view of the beach and beach access. Clean and well maintained. Close access to Lincoln City and Newport. Will definitely go back.

Great 5 days!

The weather was perfect - especially for November. Loved watching the pelicans soar and dive for food. Saw some seals and lots of people walking their happy dogs! LOVE the view! Place was perfect! Thank you!

View amazing-not the TP

The view is so wonderful you overlook all the issues the home has. Except they only had 2 rolls of toilet paper. We booked the house for 8 nights and had 10 guests. For the price we should have had plenty of TP.

Big and Comfortable

We had 10 family members vacation in this home for 5 nights and we had a blast! It is right on the beach, you can’t get a better view. The home has everything we needed, it is clean and comfortable. We plan to return next year.

75th Birthday celebration

We went to celebrate our father’s 75th birthday! It was perfect amount of space and my dad cannot walk to the beach, so hanging out on the deck was perfect for him to watch us all and see the Ocean!

Gorgeous View

Plenty of room in the kitchen cabinets. The downstairs (west) bed needs a pillowtop (not the old squished flat foam currently there). The laundry/utility room reeks of old seafood and despite our efforts to mitigate the stench, we came to the conclusion it's coming from the utility sink pipes. Hope these two issues are resolved before we return :0)

The View!!

My goodness, we absolutely loved the view in this home. Couldn't ask for better. Not as clean as I would like, but I am particular. Beds are firm, so recommend an egg crate if you have back issues. The game room with pool table was great for the teens and the spacious deck was amazing. I recommend this house if your budget is tight and want time away with family. Fairly priced!

The perfect family getaway

We were six adults and two Littles and the house was wonderful for us! The furniture is a little outdated, but relatively comfortable. The beds were good in the kitchen hat was well stocked with all the things we would need to make dinners. The views from the front of the house are outstanding. The covered porch is fabulous. Both upper and lower covered porches. Good parking. Great communication. There was a mixup on the keypad to get in and that was handled very quickly. Pretty good customer service. Would absolutely stay here again!

Nice house

The good. - amazing view. Great view of most of the south coastline and nice view from the bluff looking over the ocean. The deck just gives it excellent scale of the waves crashing over. - 4 rooms is nice. - full kitchen - good tvs , excellent soundbars. - pool table and den downstairs with additional entertainment system. The not-so-good - house is relatively outdated in finishes. - electrical is really wonky. Half the light switches don't work and outlets I'm the kitchen randomly went out during trip. - beds are really outdated. Stiff, box spring mattresses. - downstairs shower is lukewarm. - bbq would have been nice.

Perfect stay

We loved the location and the house. The kitchen amenities were off the charts awesome and made for great ease when cooking for Thanksgiving. With double everything in cookware, we were never left wanting for anything. Beds were a bit firm, but the bedrooms were spacious. The house had all the charm and warmth of a home and we throughly enjoyed our stay.

Fun times

Great views and a clean and functional house for multi-family get together. Only issue is that the oven didn’t work 2/3 times we tried to use it. A property manager did come by and drop off a new toaster oven that helped. Pool table in great shape too. Would recommend overall, But be aware the oven may not work.
