「Wonderful place to stay if going to Busch Gardens or Colonial Williamsburg. Hosts were always available if you needed anything. The view of the James River sitting on the back deck with a cup of coffee in the morning was awesome.」

「Seahorse Retreat offers a great location within walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants. The balcony offers a very enjoyable place to relax and parking is available directly in front of the apartment.」

「Great Spot!」

「This is a beautiful property located inside Kingsmill Golf Resort. There's lots to do on-site. The condo itself provides for a great getaway for couples. Ample room to stretch out and relax. Enjoy your coffee outside in the morning or a glass of your favorite beverage in the evening outside on the patio overlooking the fairway and green.」

「Property was very nice and had very few problems that needed addressing. Host was very responsive to communications.」

「It was a nice place. The kids had a blast and staff were very nice. I would recommend this place.」

「As usual, we loved our stay. Clean and spacious accommodations and my grand children loved the amenities. The weather was rainy but we still had the option of the indoor pool and movie theater. We travel from LA to visit grandkids and stay at the Kingsgate every 8 weeks. Love it.」

「This place was very easy and the host made it quite homey. There was everything we needed inside and we loved how it backed up to the tennis courts.」

「Everything was awesome!」

「Great location for Williamsburg family stay. Nice pool(s) and 4x2 bedrooms close together made family get togethers convenient. Grocery and restaurants close by as well as Busch Gardens and Water Country. Minor sofa issue quickly addressed by host. We would recommend this for a large family stay.」
