"Was just looking for something convenient next to the airport but this was a beautiful new, clean hotel with friendly staff. Also had a convenient shuttle to and from the airport. Looks like it would be a great home base for more adventure in the area, but I'm just passing through. Would stay here again."

"The staff worker at check in was extremely helpful and kind. She went out of her way to be helpful. The grounds are beautiful. Nice large pool. Big rooms with pool patios by each room. There is a lot of road noise in the front of hotel but that is to be expected since it’s on a major road. It was nice to have a restaurant on site."

"I had an amazing time at the Planet Hollywood Costa Rica. Every single staff member from check-in to check out, to buffet dining, fine dining, various bartenders, pool people. Everybody was friendly and welcoming, and always had a smile on their face. Best customer service I've seen in a long time. All of the food was delicious. The coffee shop amazing. The nightly shows were very entertaining. Shout outs: Jimmy pool bartender, Alexa 3rd floor bartender and Noha front desk person. I wish I can remember everybody's name, again all employees were wonderful. And the monkeys by the beach are super cute."
