「Pros: Lovely apartment as pictured, had everything we wanted for a 2 week stay (including a few cooking ingredients and cleaning essentials on a replace if used basis). Close to the sea but balcony sheltered from the breeze. Aircon effective. Lovely small Spanish town (busier at weekends with Spaniards coming to their apartments, no hotels) with plenty of very convenient restaurants & shops open in early October. 「Hotels room was big and clean . The room has small kitchen, microwave, a god size mini fridge. Air conditioning and heating are good . Tv is a good size . Sofa and small dining table with chairs . Bathroom is great . Only amenities maybee not at all .!
Location is not in the old town but is close the other attractions and bus connections are excellent . Not to many options for diner out close , because is more a business area but in 4-5 block you can find some good dinner restaurants.! Front...

「Se asemeja bastante a lo esperado.
Lo que no ha gustado no tiene que ver con arena 20 sino con la forma de construir y diseñar, por ejemplo hay pequeñas corrientes que al no haber puertas no se atenúan, la calefacción (en febrero) se ha necesitado pero es bomba de calor con el aire acondicionado, de difícil regulación y distribución del calor, y el aislamiento acústico no es de lo mejor.
La gestión es satisfactoria, al tener problema responden rápido y amable.

「The facilities and the look of the apartment is very basic. But it is value for money, you have stove, fridge, cooking utensils and glasses/ plates. There is a supermarket nearby too. But if you don’t drive, it will be a bit inconvenient. 」
