"excellent location.. there is an underground channel connecting the hotel to nagoya station but you may need to spend some time to find out the way.. it is very helpful during the rainy day! appreciated the clean and modern decoration of the hotel"
"clean and too size is good , but carpark allow small car only cos elevator is very small. My car has been scratched. Staff ( carpark is elderly) can’t help, still asked to stud in. Front desk staff also no says sorry."
