「Very disappointing experience. We booked this hotel through Expedia and specifically paid extra for a room with breakfast included. However, when we went for breakfast, the staff informed us that no breakfast was included in our reservation, despite having paid for it. In addition, the room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, which made the stay even more frustrating. We expected much better service and coordination between the hotel and booking platforms. Excellent accueil.Mais en rentrant le soir il y avait une soirée en bas de notre chambre.On est monté dans notre chambre et là la musique dehors était tellement forte qu'on se serait cru en boîte de nuit . Das Zimmer war groß genug, das Badezimmer vergleichsweise riesig. Leider waren die Matratze und das Kopfkissen etwas zu hart und die Klimaanlage außerhalb des Zimmers recht laut in der Nacht. 「Lovely hotel, in a very quiet location,10 minutes walk from the beach, river and town. Easy parking on the road. The room was clean, a nice big ensuite shower room with plenty of hot water. 「I should've taken more notice of the poor reviews for this hotel but had confidence in the statements from the hotel that things were better this season! It's the worst experience I've ever had in Icmeler - I've been going there since 2001. I stayed one night only and arranged with Hotels.com to start a refund process for the other 9 days, 13 days later my refund still not in my bank! Die Badezimmer waren sehr schimmelig, das Servicepersonal waren freundliche aber völlig unprofessionelle Menschen , bei denen man noch nicht einmal Wasser auf allen gängigen Sprachen bestellen konnte. Man hat nun zwar ein all inclusive Hotel, Speisen und Getränke waren vor aber auch viel besser. Schade!」
