Great Place
Great place to stay. Location was awesome, house was very nice. We did have a problem with the door code when we arrived. Called the phone number that I received in a text and the issue was taken care of right away.

Wonderful!
Loved our stay! I brought my mom here as a Mother's Day getaway, she has Alzheimer's. She loved it! The only bummer was there was no propane for the grill. We were really looking forward to grilling. By the time we found out there was no propane, it was too late for Vacasa to do anything. They did as much as they could and I appreciated the effort. Timing was just bad. No big deal, we used the oven. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Comfortable house close to the beach--perfect for five!
We were five friends hiking the last stretch of the Oregon Coast Trail. This house was perfect for us complete with all the comforts. We loved the hot tub after a day of hiking and three bathrooms were needed. The property manager was especially responsive to our needs. Thank you!

This home was beautiful & an amazing location! But be ready to go grocery shopping for EVERYTHING!
Be ready to go shopping for absolutely everything you need in the kitchen other than spices! Including extra toilet paper! Also take a look under the beds and couches for dust bunnies and all candy wrappers that were missed by cleaning crew. Other than that the house was absolutely beautiful, and in an amazing location!

Great Location, Clean, Comfortable
The location of this property was great, with easy access to both the beach as well as Hwy 101. The beds were very comfortable as was the couch with nice views of the ocean. The fireplace and hot tub were nice bonuses. They even provide beach towels. There were just a couple of cons: The master bedroom (upstairs) door to the master bath wouldn't shut all the way, making it difficult for one person to get ready for the day without disturbing their partner. Also, the heater in the purple bedroom (downstairs) quit working on the final night. The property manager (listed in the property book as well as on the refrigerator) was contacted about these issues via email, but he never responded. Bottom line - I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again. However, due to the lack of responsiveness as well as the odd billing (some being charged by Vacasa, some by Vrbo), I would think twice before booking another Vacasa property.

Beautiful home in fabulous area
We had a wonderful time in Gold Beach! This home was absolutely perfect for our family including our 4 legged babies. Home had absolutely everything we needed and the check in process was super smooth and easy. Would stay here again anytime!

Great Getaway
This was our first time staying in a VRBO and we were all very impressed. The beds were comfortable. The house was equipped perfectly. My only complaint is the knives could have been updated, they were old and wouldn’t sharpen to cut anything. The area is beautiful and I will definitely book here again.

Not very happy with the overall cleanliness of the house. Living room furniture had sand and food crumbs on it. Food crumbs in living room and under all furniture in all rooms. Dog hair under furniture. Needs cleaning under furniture in all rooms after every rental.

Beautiful home, cleanliness not a priority, difficult communication
There was a lot about this home that we enjoyed. The furniture (beds, living room couch, kitchen table/ chairs and bar stools) were all very comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and had a lot of usable counter space. The balcony had nice chairs to sit out, relax and enjoy the view. The cleanliness of the property was mediocre. I did reach out to a Vacasa rep after our stay and gave a list of items that were not clean and not functioning properly (half of the jets in the hot tub did not work, one bath tub took hours to drain, etc). It was frustrating to find out 1 week before our stay that the garage at the house was not allowed to be used. We spend over half of our trip fishing and we had to find a place and pay to store our boat elsewhere because they were not willing to accommodate use of the 2 car garage. One of the main reasons we picked this property was because it had ample storage for our boat. Communicating with Vacasa was difficult. I have stayed in a beach house in the vicinity that is ran by the owner and it was a much smoother and personal process. We enjoyed the comfort of the house, we had a relaxing and fun stay. Unfortunately working with Vacasa was difficult.

Perfect beach house
Even though this house is not right on the beach, it’s so close you can sit in the living room and watch the waves. The hot tub was amazing and very relaxing. Beds were the most comfortable beds we have slept in a very long time at a VRBO house. Only complaint is that there are no extra trash bags anywhere in the house, broom or dustpan.

Great weekend getaway!
My mom, sister, and myself had a great weekend here! The description and pictures didn’t lie. This place is great and we would love to go back! The beach was a short walk from the house and even though the house was not right on the beach, the views were nice to enjoy from the comfort of the living room. The spa was a nice touch and the fact that dogs are welcome was an added bonus. The home was stocked with spices, beach towels, cookware and more. The beds were comfy and roomy. We really enjoyed this as our weekend get away home!

Repairs needed and no privacy
The property was clean however there were many things that were broken. The dryer was broken and even had a note on it indicating it did not work. A big inconvenience after traveling for 2 weeks prior. The ice maker in the refrigerator did not work so we needed to purchase ice several times. There was not a remote to the master bedroom tv which was a real inconvenience. The shower curtain bars in both bathrooms continually fell. Most of the time during your shower! The lights in the master bedroom and downstairs bathroom flickered continually similar to a strobe light. The pictures were very misleading as far as privacy. These houses are literally right next to each other. You can hear and see the people next door while in your house or hot tub. The walk to the beach was further than indicated also. We had left a note for the owner but never heard a response regarding all the things wrong with the property

Great vacation place

Such a beautiful setting! House was very spacious for our family. Loved the close proximity to the ocean and hearing them clash in the early morning.
