「I made a reservation for this hotel. When I went to find my reservation, I could not find it. I never received any email notifications prior to the reservation. Consequently, I reserved another room at another hotel. I was charged for the room even though I did not stay there typically hotels will email you the day of arrival to say they are expecting you. I never received such an email or text.」

「Only thing we didn’t like was the very strong chemical smell in the front lobby. I believe it was supposed to be an air freshener but it smelled more like a chemical warehouse. Drop that particular product and I would rate much higher」
