「There was an absolute, overwhelming obnoxious smell in the front lobby area light men’s cologne had been dumped all over the lobby. It is absolutely intolerable. As the owner of Arizona Indoor Air Quality and Enviormental Testing (AZIAQ) I was absolutely blown away at how bad the situation was for the couple of nights we stayed there. Every time you enter the facility, it is overwhelming.」

「This hotel had none of the standard amenities in room: no hair dryer, no hand towels (body towels and rags only), no conditioner or lotion. Room was only stocked with a single bar of soap and one small tube of shampoo so we had to use the same soap bar for hand washing and showering. There was also no coffee maker in the room, but they were available to rent if you care enough about that… the fitted sheet did not stay on the bed while sleeping in it. We had a very loud neighbor upstairs...
