「Everything was perfect for our stay, apartment is clean and modern. Check-in did cost some time, also we met the situation our parking slot has been parked by another car. But resolved finally after some calls to find other available slots.」

「Check in process was easy. The room was like the pictures but it did not look as though it gets professionally cleaned. Maintenance was lacking as there were multiple holes in the walls that needed to be touched up. It wouldn’t take long to do and would make the place look more presentable. Floors weren’t very clean either.
Found our fob did not work in the elevator so I rang the property managers and spoke to Chloe and she just said well use the stairs which is an absolute ridiculous response...

「The property and Check in process were efficient and as described, clean, however it could use some upgrades/renovations due to evident wear and tear through the years (worn out bed & sofa bed/broken shower head holder/bathtub visible cracks/rug/kitchen light fixture hanging) that were not visible on listing photos.」
