We had such a lovely time cannot wait to return . PERFECT location right on the tippy top of cavill ave looking at the beach access to the shops and restaurants underneath. What more could we want . Really comfy beds lovely rooms great kitchen . Really really recommend

The best location

1402 Allunga is the ultimate location for a Surfers Paradise holiday, with direct access to the Paradise Centre, right opposite the beach and the markets. Everything you need is right downstairs. The kids loved the pool and spa area. The apartment itself isn't brand new but has everything we needed as was very comfortable. Only downside is that the air conditioning is very loud and right next to the bedrooms, but you get used to it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic Property!

I would totally recommend this property. It was lovely and modern and a great space for our family of 2 adults & 2 children. The view is amazing but the best aspect is the location. It was within walking distance to everything we needed and it was so handy having a Woolworths straight underneath the apartment. We'd definitely stay here again when we return to Surfers.

Really old property

Location & view from the room is amazing. But the apartment is really old and out dated and old furniture like couch bed and bedding. Carpet is in a bad condition as well.

Spent 3 nights in this apartment with our children. I requested for the sofa bed to be made up for our eldest but was pleasantly surprised to find a roll away had been erected and made up in the lounge for her. The location is hard to beat! Right in the heart of all the action with gorgeous views from both bedrooms and balcony. Be mindful it is noisy at night but that’s the price you pay. The pools were heated, clean and appealing. Nothing to fault. Only annoyance were that beds were all on wheels so kept moving around, otherwise comfortable.

The views are spectacular! Lovely 2bdr apartment, great facilities and in a perfect location. Everything you need for a long or short stay. The property manager made the check in and check out process an absolute breeze for our holiday! Would definitely recommend staying here again!

Greatness in a package

Though we are alittle displeased with the dustiness of the floor, we do understand that it prolly could be because of the location or perhaps some guest do wear footwears in the house. Schoolies event was ongoing during that period but the place was so comfortable that we still manage to be well rested. But nonetheless, it was a great stay, fully equipped and besides the flooring, other parts are actually clean and well taken care off. Will definately do this again!

A great spot!

Apartment was lovely, views were amazing and the heated pools were excellent, my boys swam all day! There was a bit of noise and music coming from the mall below some nights, but not enough to disturb us too much. A great stay was had by us all!!
