We had broken toilet seats that were not replaced and a towel with holes in them, which is not what we expected of a 4star property. The pool was great and overall had a great week.

The facilities are great, we all loved the pools, very convenient location, close to shops and the beach and parks. Car parking was simple. We had a couple of issues at check-in that were corrected straight away. Will book again

Swimming pools were great couldn't get the kids out of them. Such a bonus having washing machine and dryer in apartment. Real handy to beach. Would diffently stay there again.

First of all, the lack of lifts is terrible when you've got to carry heavy luggage up and down the stairs. The stairways are so dirty and smells of dampness. The smell that hit us when we walked into our apartment nearly made me sick. Everything is outdated or broken. Our sliding door onto the terrace was broken, we couldn't even shut it all the way and lock it which is a security concern. The aircon was broken, couldn't even swing. The tap in one of the bathrooms was broken and sprayed us whenever we turned it on. The beds were ridiculously hard! We could've slept on the floor and it would've felt the same. The backboard on one of the beds was sitting on the floor and the bed on wheels was just rolling all over the place. The vacuum was horrible, all the dirt kept falling out of it. Everything was dusty and dirty. The walls and floor need a good clean. The dishwasher has seen better days. The tv is super outdated and the netflix app kept cutting out. Couldn't even put a movie on for the kids! And the remote needs replacing or new batteries!! I was told all the rooms were fully booked out when we checked in so I didnt bother asking for a new room. Won't be staying again. Sunshine Coast breakfree so much better!

The room was a great size, the pool was great but the place is a little run down. We were on the top floor and there wasn't any lifts so dragging bags up the stairs was a little tough.
