The apartment was clean and the front desk staff very nice. Great location right on the beach. Loved the heated pool. It would be great if there were designated adults only hours during the day for the pool and hot tub.

Was a terrific apartment to stay, whilst a little dated it was clean, comfortable and had everything you need. The block’s facilities were immaculate and the reception staff were fantastic. The cafe next door had good coffee too! Car parking is only 2.1m high and street parking was 3 hrs 9-5pm weekdays. But as it was off season there was no problems. I am looking forward to visiting again.

Awesome beach front unit.

Absolutely amazing experience. The two bedroom beach front unit was exceptional. It had Absolutely everything we needed and the view straight out to the beach was beautiful. The location is great and the ladies at reception are fantastic, so accommodating. The building is exceptionally clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay again when back in Surfers.

We stayed with two young girls and we all loved our stay! We had everything we needed and more with two bathrooms and plenty of space. We particularly loved our extensive beach views and the ease of walking straight out on to the beach! Staff were very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay again next time!

When we initially checked in, it was after hours, so I was unable to speak to reception about the condition of our apartment. We were first allocated an apartment on level 2. Unfortunately, the apartment was in an unacceptable state and was dirty. There were black footprints leading from the balcony into the lounge/kitchen area, a bottle cap, and blocks of squashed cheese on the balcony floor. The balcony floors and door tracks were extremely dirty. The outdoor table and chairs were black with dirt and did not appear to have been cleaned for a very long time, making them unusable. The kitchen benchtops and stove top had ants and food crumbs. The lounge chairs and table also had food crumbs and hair on them. The main bedroom floor had dirt and hair, and the lounge furniture was in poor condition and should be replaced. The following morning, I spoke to reception. The staff member was lovely and offered us a choice of two other apartments. We chose to move to level 11. This apartment was in a much better condition, and we enjoyed the remainder of our stay there. The location is amazing, right on the beach, and both apartments had beautiful views.

We had a wonderful stay in a lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with wrap around balconies on the 14th floor,providing breathtaking views of the picture perfect beach. Fabulous location- as far enough away from busy shopping area to maintain a quiet ambience. Apartment had all amenities necessary for a comfortable stay.
