"Everything was great about our experience The host Randy was very accomodating I was hoping to change our reservation to a day earlier to avoid the major stormstorm He was able to do so and even refunded some money I assume because we were not staying over on a Saturday night!!The condo was well appointed and the view was spectaclular Views of both the bay (awesome sunsets) and the beach.."

"The condo was nicely furnished and had a well equipped kitchen. The views from the very large balcony overlooking the ocean were phenomenal. You are within walking distance of some very nice restaurants and eateries. "

"The photos of the property online were percise! Beach view was excellent, convenient location to stores, eateries and entertainment. The Seawatch property was lovely. Clean and well maintained. 2 draw backs and not major at all but instructions for tv use would have been helpful and the master bedroom king size bed was a bit firm but still offered a good nights rest! I would stay at this property over and over again! Well done David! Thank you so much for offering a great experience for our yearly girls week vacation! "

"Overall good. There were a few small things -- toilet seat in master bedroom was loose and falling off when we arrived. Door downstairs was off the hinges. Parking was a bit confusing at first but we figured it out. Place was fine otherwise, seemed a bit out dated but was perfect for the situation. Would come back. "
