「Really great people in every aspect of the place. From front desk to concierge (Carol) to ski (Nathan) and parking valet, all great! Some aspects of the rooms are just beginning to get a little worn and dated - to be expected in a ski resort. Absolutely great location!」

「The rooms are pretty basic (to very bad, our pull out couch was horrible as the parent that had to sleep on it). The location is the entire selling point. It’s ski in ski out, the ski school is walkable and you can easily access all other amenities. If you are prioritizing location over comfort I would consider staying here.」

「The staff were all extremely nice and helpful. They made sure to accommodate you with all your needs. The property is in a great location. In site coffee shop was a plus. The property was nice, clean and kept. Some areas outside could use some maintenance and upkeep. Those areas were on the backside. Overall I would stay again and recommend to others.」

「Big trucks in the parking garage beware during busy season. Room was small. No where to even put 3 suitcases in a double queen. Hotel was practically empty and they put us in a room with a view of construction fencing. All the furniture was old and beat up in the room. Folgers coffee for breakfast with a "resort fee". Not sure I would call the place a resort.」

「Great location comfortable only negative no air conditioning a fan helped a lot and second the upstairs bedroom area had a spiral staircase hard for 2 70 y/o to use. We will return to this hotel 」

「Location, location, location! This hotel is in the perfect spot for exploring Breckenridge on foot. We walked everywhere—shopping, restaurants, bars, and all the downtown attractions were just minutes away. The hotel itself was great, and while the breakfast was just okay, the coffee was delicious. One of the best perks is that Breckenridge Brewery is literally right out front and is a fantastic place to grab a drink and meal. For breakfast, Cool River Coffee House was absolutely delicious,...

「Close to shops and slopes. Free ski valet very helpful」

「It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.」

「The Village is in a great location. Unit was clean and comfortable. Major problem is that you advertise free parking and they do not comply with that. You need to fix that and I also blame The Village management as they should have honored what you advertised seeing the are affiliated with you. The staff where not helpful. 」

「The individual rooms are outdated and in serious need of renovation. Parking situation is very cramped and, on our last day, half of it was inexplicably closed off. This property allows individuals to own condos and rent them out while you can also book directly with the property. We didn't realize this and went with the lower priced option which was an individually owned property.
